Open Data

LOGI Food Coach uses product data from Open Food Facts, an open database made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0.

In line with the ODbL share-alike requirement, this page makes the Open Food Facts–derived subset of our product data available for download under the same licence.

The dump is regenerated periodically. The dataset grows over time as more products are looked up.

What is included

Only the Open Food Facts–derived facts we cache: barcode, product and brand name, per-100 g nutrition values, serving information, ingredients text, the Open Food Facts image reference, countries, and the source record id and timestamps.

What is not included

This dataset does not include data that is not derived from Open Food Facts — for example product records we source from the public-domain USDA database or from our own contributors, and any values we compute ourselves (such as the LOGI score, glycemic estimates or category). Those are produced works and are not part of the ODbL-licensed dataset.
