1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Logi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by Blue Almond, based in Warsaw, Poland ("we," "us," or "our").
2. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (Read Carefully)
No Medical Advice
The App is a metabolic health assistant designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition, including diabetes, insulin resistance, or PCOS.
Estimations Only
Features such as the Glycemic Response Prediction, HOMA-IR Calculator, and "Nutrition Expert" notes are estimates based on artificial intelligence and statistical models. They may not reflect your actual physiological responses.
Consult a Professional
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.

3. Description of Service
Logi uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and metabolic data to provide insights into glycemic health. Key features include:
AI Food Analysis: Recognition of ingredients and estimation of macronutrients and glycemic load. Predictive Analysis: Simulations of post-meal blood sugar responses. Health Tracking: Monitoring of habits, sleep, activity, and fasting windows strong>HOMA-IR Calculator: A tool to assess insulin resistance based on user-inputted lab results. Medical Reports: Generation of PDF summaries for personal use.4. Artificial Intelligence & Accuracy
The App utilizes advanced AI and machine learning to analyze photos and data. By using the App, you acknowledge that:
Possibility of Error: AI output (e.g., food identification, portion estimation) may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Verification: You are responsible for verifying the correctness of logged data (ingredients, quantities) before relying on it for health decisions.5. Health Data Integrations (Apple Health & Google Fit)
To provide a comprehensive analysis of your metabolic health, the App may request access to data from third-party services like Apple Health (HealthKit) and Google Fit (Health Connect).
- Voluntary Access: Access is only granted with your explicit permission via your device settings.
- Use of Data: We use this data (e.g., sleep, activity steps, glucose readings) solely to improve the App's analysis and display your habit consistency.
- NO SALE OF HEALTH DATA: We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your health data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your health data is used exclusively to provide the Service to you.
6. User Accounts & Privacy
Registration Options: You may use the App either by creating a registered account (using Email, Google SSO, or Apple SSO) or by using the App in "Guest Mode" (Anonymous Sign-In).Guest Mode Risk (Crucial)
If you choose to use the App in Guest Mode, your data is tied solely to your specific device instance. Warning: If you uninstall the App, reset your device, or switch to a new device without first linking a registered account, your data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us. Blue Almond assumes no liability for data loss associated with Guest accounts.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others. Data Protection: We process your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.7. Subscription & Payments
- Free Trial: The App may offer limited free functionality (e.g., a set number of free scans) as described within the App interface.
- Subscription: Full access to features requires a paid subscription managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription through your app store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges.
- Fair Use Policy (Reasonable Personal Use): To ensure the quality and stability of the Service for all users, "unlimited" scanning features are subject to a Fair Use Policy.
Personal Use Only: The Service is intended for individual, human dietary tracking. You agree not to use the App for commercial purposes, bulk data collection, or automated scanning.
Excessive Use: We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abnormal usage patterns (e.g., hundreds of scans per day) that exceed reasonable human consumption habits or suggest bot activity/account sharing.8. Intellectual Property & User Content
- Our Rights: The App, including its algorithms, design, content, and "Logi" brand, is owned by Blue Almond and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Your Content: By uploading photos or data, you grant us a license to process them strictly to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
- Exported Reports: PDF reports generated by the App are for your personal records and communication with your healthcare team. They do not constitute official laboratory results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Almond shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
- Any health decisions made based on the App’s predictions, estimations, or AI analysis.
- Errors in food recognition or nutritional data provided by the AI.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
