What data does LOGI store and how can I delete it?
LOGI stores the data you provide: your email address, name (optional), food logs, and glucose readings you enter. We also collect basic usage analytics and device information. We never sell your personal data.
Deleting your data is simple and instant: open the app, go to Profile → Delete user account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. No emails, no waiting — you're in full control. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Is the app free?
Yes — downloading LOGI is completely free. Every user gets a free trial period with access to all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligations or hidden charges. That said, our premium plans help us maintain and continue developing the app, so if LOGI helps you, consider staying on board.
I have an idea for a new feature — how can I share it?
We'd love to hear it! Many of LOGI's features were born from user suggestions, and we genuinely value your input. Please get in touch — we read every message.
Do I need to weigh my food?
For everyday use — no. Our algorithm estimates portion weight automatically, so you can just scan and go. However, if you need precise tracking, weighing is always an option. You can adjust the weight of any individual ingredient if the estimate isn't quite right. On the logged meal screen you can also remove or add any ingredient manually.
The AI made a mistake in my scan
It can happen — this is technology, not magic. The algorithm cannot identify ingredients that aren't visible in the photo (e.g. oil, sauce under the food, or spices). That's exactly why we added the option to include a text description with your scan. Use it to mention hidden ingredients, clarify portion sizes, or specify preparation methods. The more context you give, the more accurate the result.
I scanned a meal but only ate part of it — what now?
No problem at all! On the logged meal screen you'll find a Portion field. Simply change it to the fraction you actually ate (e.g. 0.7 for 70%) and tap the Done button on your keyboard. The app instantly recalculates all nutritional values proportionally.
I eat similar breakfasts every day — do I have to scan each time?
Not at all! On the meal logging screen, your recent meals appear as quick-add buttons right below the main input. One tap and your meal is copied — no scanning needed. You can also clone any previously logged meal directly from its detail view.
